For over a decade, Michael has held leadership positions (including Vice President at Neudesic, 24/7 and GDT) in the Professional Services, CX, AI, Automation and Cloud space. His responsibilities have included; consulting, strategy, business development, channel program enablement, product development/management, consultative solution sales and building dynamic teams and strategies to achieve growth and drive results. Having successfully built organizations that have scaled to exceed $100M in revenues. Michael attributes the success to his team. “I’ve been fortunate to surround myself with exceptional people who have a passion for what they do and take pride in achieving results. Everyone has an important role in ensuring excellent customer experiences and in being mindful of opportunities to add value and grow.” Michael has a passion for developing people and solutions while creating value for partners, customers and the companies for which he works. He received his BSBA in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. He enjoys basketball, water sports and spending time with his wife and five children in Prosper TX.
