Kerry Roberts

Kerry joined JBS in 2012 as the Human Resource Manager. Kerry played a major role in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems at JBS.

Kerry is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function and establishing a vision and direction for the full complement of human resource policies and services at JBS. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginian Wesleyan College and a PHR certification from Cleveland State. She lives in southern OH with her husband and 2 daughters.
