Marketing Manager

JBS is seeking a contract-to-hire Marketing Manager to provide executional leadership of its recently developed marketing plan. As a 100% remote organization, this position provides flexibility and the opportunity to scale with performance.

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO and will handle the day-to-day management of the marketing program. This person must demonstrate excellent communications skills with the ability to handle a remote environment and prioritize tasks. The Marketing Manager will be well supported by senior leadership and the firm’s marketing partners.

This position may be part-time (3 days per week) to start and can scale up with candidate interest and plan performance.

Main Duties – Marketing Execution:

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations as detailed in the marketing plan, including but not limited to lead identification, marketing communications, appointment setting, and lead follow-ups
  • Marketing program review and analysis
  • Prepare month end reporting and ad-hoc reports
  • Identify and execute additional marketing tactics to increase lead development
  • Manage the JBS website and LinkedIn presence
  • Activate and manage digital advertising

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years working in a marketing execution role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in B2B services or software development/tech is a plus
  • Organization, initiative, and attention to detail are critical

JBS Technical Project Manager

Required

  • 5+ years experience managing projects using Agile & Waterfall principles
    • A technical background/experience with software development projects
    • Experience with Agile software delivery (preferably Scrum principles), including the facilitation of all Agile activities, ability to remove blockers, tracking and reporting sprint and project progress, ability to interface technically with developers
    • Ability to track projects against a schedule while managing costs and risks
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to work with customers in order to facilitate production of the optimal product
    • Ability to work personally with developers in order to flesh out requirements and provide the customer with the best possible direction.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including QA, UAT, UI/UX
    • Ability to create status/progress reports, as well as escalate urgent issues
  • Certifications
    • PMP certification
    • Agile certifications (CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, etc.)

    • Experience with project management tools such as VSTS, Jira, Trello, or similar

Senior Database/BI Developer

Required

  • 5+ years experience with common Data Warehousing patterns
  • 3+ years experience with PowerBI
  • 5+ years experience with ETL processes and procedures
  • Experience with optimizing and performance tuning SQL queries
  • Experience with tabular models and solutions
  • Experience designing and development MOLAP and tabular cubes
  • Experience with SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Master Data Services, SQL Data Quality Services
